Shouldn't this have the word "reopened" somewhere in it?

We asked it to reopen the bug but are not sure if it reopened it or not.

We only see reopen, but not a confirming "reopened.

So far as I can tell, bugs.debian.org *does* do so. See

OK, I was/am/want to be assuming that debbugs.gnu.org is somehow using the same software.
