I'm using elogind 239.3+20190131-1+debian1 and the agent fails to start
at the kde launch with the following diagnostics:

Hi Alex,

This is for a very old version of Plasma. Could you please try the
current 5.20.4 from unstable.

We can surely not debug this for stable.
