I sponsored an upload of trilinos_12.14.1-1_source.changes and received
the following unexpected REJECT:

Source-only uploads to NEW are not allowed.

binary:trilinos-doc is NEW.


Sure enough, trilinos-doc is not in testing or unstable:

$ rmadison -u debian trilinos-doc

FTP removal log [1] shows:

Bugs #825398 [3] and #865304 [4] seem as though they could be related.

To work around this issue, I downloaded trilinos-doc_12.12.1-8_all.deb
fron snapshot.d.o [1] and uploaded it to unstable.

I received the following email, so hopefully everything is on track for
it to be accepted into the archive again.

from the ftpteam to process. The upload was otherwise valid (it had a good
