Dear Maintainer,

Please be advised that since the Debian Buster 10.0 was released,
"Dusk" theme in xfce does not change appearance of the Thunar
file manager, which remains "white"/standard.

(Menu -> Settings -> Appearance -> Style -> Xfce-dusk)

It so happens to affect some other Debian-based distributions, for example:

The issue was non-existent in all the earlier Debian releases (prior to Buster).

Same behaviour found on the other machines where Debian Buster 10.0 and/or 10.1 were tested.
Please let me know if any further information is required and/or how/where I could change that myself.
