Hi!

This package depends on the pciutils package to get the pci.ids
database, even though it does not use it directly.

The database has now been split into its own source and binary package
so that it can updated more regularly, and be depended by other
packages w/o pulling in the pciutils package.

In this case though, this looks like a workaround. So I'll be moving
the pci.ids Depends from pciutils to libpci3 so that this package will
get that automatically. But for now until bullseye is released it
might make sense to switch ladvd from pciutils to pci.ids to make sure
this gets pulled in anyway.
