Hi,

I just got the one-time notification dialog that extensions are disabled in
private windows by default now.

This dialog flickers between the position it was opened at and the center
of the screen on ratpoison, so it is not properly marked as transient, and
it also fights the window manager on positioning.

Minor since it's a one-time event that can be resolved by pressing escape,
but it's still indicative of an oversight in the framework, and other
notifications might be affected too.
