Hi!
Georgian Mtavruli characters display as <1C90>, despite having been added
to Unicode in version 11 (June 2018).  Joe has a tool to regenerate its
character properties table from UnicodeData, but this needs to be invoked
by hand.

Thus, please run uniproc against unicode-data 12 (released March 2019, plus
reiwa in May 2019) -- which will unbreak all such characters.
