Dear Maintainer,

in earlier versions of kmail I could see a progress bar when sending or receiving mails. It showed me, how much
of the mail was sent. But some day this function disappeared. No I can see a window with the progress bar, but
not growing. In fact: There is no progress bar shown in the window.

It would be nice, if you could reimplement this again, as itz is very usefull especially when sending larger mails.

I'm not running KMail 19.08 at the moment so I can't check for sure, but this
commit seems to suggest it's merely hidden by default now.
