Since ibus-rime upstream is using a Makefile as the wrapper of CMake
buildsystem, the settings for libexecdir is not working. For the background of
ibus-related libexecdir, see https://bugs.debian.org/712581 .

This is actually not affecting the function of ibus-rime since ibus-rime does
not provide a "ibus-setup-rime" binary yet. It may become a real problem in
the future, though.

It has become obvious that this bug was solved long ago since Debian Bullseye.
