Dear Maintainer,

I have discovered that users on this system who log off their plasma
sessions, leave running processes behind them. These are usually
non-KDE processes.

As an example, some processes left from a user session (all belong
to the said user, all date from their last session, user has no
crontab; some details deleted for privacy reasons)

User's session is Plasma. Cinnamon and XFCE are also installed
