This program should be mostly obsolete by now – listings.sty is a much
better alternative these days.

Popcon counts 36 installations and it’s non-free (note that I’m upstream
myself and cannot do anything about it). Perhaps it should be removed
from Debian altogether. However, it still builds fine (albeit with 12
Lintian warnings).
