Dear Maintainer,

   dpkg-buildpackage exits with error while building BOINC packages suite:
     the same error occurs within various version and systems:       - ubuntu 19.10 (boinc 7.16.3)
       - debian 10.2 (boinc 7.14.2)
       - debian 10.2 (boinc 7.16.3 experimental)

     Please note: version 7.9.3 (ubuntu 18.04) can be successfully built

     These are the last lines or report boinc_7.14.2+dfsg-3_amd64.build

this prevents from porting the boinc-server-maker package to the stable OS version.
