I packaged php-doctrine-cache-bundle as used by symfony, but symfony
does not use is anymore (it uses php-doctrine-bundle instead, as a
build-dependency). There is a priori little point to ship
php-doctrine-cache-bundle in the next stable Debian release.

I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
