Please include TIInit_10.6.15.bts [1], which is needed for bluetooth on
the Motorola Droid 4 and similar boards. Similar files are already part
of the debian package, and the licence file [2] seems to allow
redistribution.

Please file an issue in that repo for them to submit that file (and possibly the
other .bts files too) to the linux-firmware upstream repo here:
https://gitlab.com/kernel-firmware/linux-firmware

Once that is done, it can be included in a future package update.
