I'm going to downgrade the importance of this since the buildds are
happy with the last build.

My suspicion is that there are still some flaky tests, but these
weren't recently introduced so this is not a regression. I'll keep
chasing them down; in the mean time, I think this should not be a
blocker for Breezy 3.0.2-4 migrating to testing.
