 proj-data-grids provides datum grids for PROJ in cloud-optimized GeoTIFF
 format.

 This package can be used to reduce the need for the CDN.

PROJ 7 really wants these grids to be available.

The package will be maintained within the Debian GIS team along with
PROJ.

It's not in the archive due to license issues with the BeTA2007 grid:

This issue should really be fixed upstream, and not worked around by
excluding the problematic grid in a repacked tarball.
