Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Updating Kodi to 18.6
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Removing set up DLNA server and trying to connect again
   * What was the outcome of this action?
DLNA server is not available
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Succesfull connection to DLNA server and playing video \ audio

Note: this bug is reported upstream long time ago:

Thanks for reporting the bug. I agree that this is an important use
case, but there are many other ways kodi can still be used thus I'm
downgrading the severity [1].

Thanks for finding the upstream bug report. I hope upstream finds a
solution that may be backportable to 18.x as well.
