Updating Kodi to 18.6

Removing set up DLNA server and trying to connect again
* What was the outcome of this action?
DLNA server is not available
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Succesfull connection to DLNA server and playing video \ audio

I agree that this is an important use case, but there are many other ways kodi can still be used thus I'm downgrading the severity [1]. Thanks for finding the upstream bug report.
