The Buster installer could not find my wireless card (RTL 8821CE).

I performed the install using a spare external wireless interface; after
booting to the installed system, I found an unofficial module supporting
this hardware at:

https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce

Installed it via dkms, even happily signed it with mok. All is fine and
dandy with a stock Buster install! (even stylus and touchscreen support,
automatic screen rotation, ...)
