Hi Maintainer

In the recent rebuild for r-api4.0, r-cran-treescape FTBFS on ppc64el [1].
I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.

Upstream's homepage has a note:
Package ‘treescape’ was removed from the CRAN repository.
Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.
Archived on 2017-05-23 as requested by the maintainer
<m.kendall@imperial.ac.uk>.
Consider using package ‘treespace’ instead.

Regards
Graham

Hi,

I think we should not spend time to try to fix this FTBFS as treescape
is depreciated in favor of treespace (already in Debian). Because
treescape has still some users (popcon 82), I will ask to remove only
the ppc64el binary to avoid a missing build.

Best,
Dylan
