This is Fortran 90, where I am quite unexperienced. I'd appreciate if
someone could have a look on how to organize the package structure
(modules? libs?) and give me hints.

This license considered non-free by the ftp-masters. Therfore, a license
change was requested upstream:

https://github.com/Goddard-Fortran-Ecosystem/pFUnit/issues/241

We will probably have to wait until this happens. Otherwise, the
packages are ready.
