automx2 makes configuring a mail account easy. It unites methods for
automated mailbox configuration from Apple mobileconfig, Microsoft
autodiscover and Mozilla autoconfig in one tool. automx2 is successor to
automx. It has been designed to be easier to setup, easier to configure
and easier to use.

automx2 comes with Python 3 support and replaces automx, which runs only
with Python 2.

With 2026.2, automx2 switched to using flask-sqlalchemy-lite.

Originally I planned to upload 2026.1 first. But since that manages the
database in a very different way (and clutters the alembic namespace), I will
target 2026.2 directly.

I will try and package flask-sqlalchemy-lite soon-ish, but for now 1140937 is
RFP and up for grabs.
