Dear Maintainer,

tor gives the following warning at start:
Tor was compiled with zstd 1.4.4, but is running with zstd 1.4.5. For safety, we'll avoid using advanced zstd functionality.

# summary
Regarding bug #964075, I would like to inform that the issue still
exists with upcoming Debian Bookworm (or is a regression):

"Tor was compiled with zstd 1.5.2, but is running with zstd 1.5.4. For
safety, we'll avoid using advanced zstd functionality."

# packages affected (checked on 2023-06-01)
- tor v0.4.7.13-1
- libzstd1:amd64 v1.5.4+dfsg2-5

# additional information
It seems that the Tor package needs to be recompiled to address the issue.

I acknowledge that this is an unusual situation, and I would like to
raise the bug severity to "Important" to reflect the impact of this issue.
