Hi,
is it possible to move dh_dkms and friends into a separate package (dh-dkms)
to be used as build-depends by the various packages building *-dkms packages?
There is no need that installing build-dependencies attempts to build and
install kernel modules on the build environent.
I'm willing to look into this and provide a patch.
Transition plan:
1. dkms Depends: dh-dkms (= ${binary:Version})
2. reverse B-D of dkms switch to dh-dkms
3. dkms drops Depends: dh-dkms
