Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Attempted to switch users from main Gnome menu and nothing happened.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I have two users on this system. I'm logged in with userA and want to switch
to userB, leaving userA logged in with apps running. I clicked switch user
from main menu and nothing happened.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Nothing apparent happened in the UI. No response in UI to my action

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
To be presented with the lightdm greeter to select a user to login.

You can switch users manually with this command:

dm-tool switch-to-greeter
