As upstream provides the kde shortcuts, I think it could be included the
package. Maybe /usr/share/khotkeys/ is the right place to put.

Looks like khotkeys is now deprecated, so shipping
`docs/shortcuts-config/flameshot-shortcuts-kde.kksrc` in
`/usr/share/khotkeys/` doesn't seem appropriate right now, especially
since the upstream build system doesn't install it either.
