librespeed-speedtest is a free and open source backend implemention to
test Internet bandwith. Unlike speedtest.net, librespeed backends are
free and open source, which is available in PHP[1] and Go[2] (currently
in beta) implementation; also it doesn't have miles-long privacy
policy[3].
