For DSA 4765 I used the correct name of the person who discovered the issue
(Ervin Hegedüs), but the clearsigned message got rejected by the mod script
(message ID was 20200918171830.GA12046@seger.debian.org). Only when I
rewrote the surname has "Hegedues" it worked.

AFAICT this is a longstanding issue; it would be really great to see it
addressed, so that we don't need to restrict to ASCII.
