Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to this release one of my caldav calendars(served from
davmail), some calendar events are missing. Thunderbird consistently
shows an "!" next to it in the sidebar. After resetarting thunderbird,
the "!" shows up after a few minutes and never goes away.

The following appears in the thunderbird "Error Console":

    Assert failed: unexpected endBatch!
     calUtils.jsm:140
        ASSERT resource:///modules/calendar/calUtils.jsm:140
        endBatch resource:///modules/calendar/utils/calProviderUtils.jsm:534
        onStopRequest resource:///modules/caldav/CalDavRequestHandlers.jsm:824
        get listener/get/< resource:///modules/caldav/CalDavRequest.jsm:554
        get listener/get/< resource:///modules/caldav/CalDavRequest.jsm:554
        get listener/get/< resource:///modules/caldav/CalDavRequest.jsm:554

Perhaps it's correlated with the missing calendar events?

With the previous version of thunderbird(68.12.0), I did not see this
issue.

To try to resolve the issue, I've:
1. Started over with a clean config, only added the one caldav calendar
2. Deleted the cache.sqlite file
3. Restarted thunderbird

Thanks!

I have the older version (68.12.0) still running on a different Debian
10 machine(along with lightning 68.12.0 since it used to be a separate
package). I don't have this issue on that machine with the same calendar.

Hello

If that may help:

I observe the same problem of missing events for some calendars on one
of my computers. Since Ryan said he deleted the cache.sqlite, I tried to
uncheck the offline support and I get all the events. If I check it
back, the same events disappear again. So it seems really related to
offline support.

The problem is that it is hard to reproduce and really random. If I
remove one calendar and put it back, the events that are missing are not
the same... And I have no problem on my other computers (also running
debian sid with the same updates).

Thank you for your help
