Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to 2:1.6.12-1, the following warning appears when launching rxvt-unicode:

urxvt: the locale is not supported by Xlib, continuing without locale support.

and then I cannot get french special characters (é, à, ...) rendered.

Here is my locale configuration:
