* What led up to the situation?
When my last life in the game was up, I had a high score compared to the
builtin ones. This is a fairly low bar to beat, so quite common.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
The game blocked until I entered my name with the high score. Which I tried,
but couldn't find out how to do.

* What was the outcome of this action?
Closing the game was the only option still available. That's what I did.

* What outcome did you expect instead?
Enter my high score, continue to play and finish the game.
