I have this warning:
W: ccrypt: spelling-error-in-changelog Debian Debian (duplicate word) Debian

And I believe it matches this part of the changelog entry:
  * Configure git-buildpackage for Debian

  [ Debian Janitor ]

For me, it should not report this duplicate word. The empty line (and even
the square bracket) should be enough to not trigger the duplicate word
warning.
