Dear lintian maintainers,

Please do not report 'national-encoding' on source po files.

W: popularity-contest source: national-encoding debian/po/es.po

Such files are provided by translators in the encoding of their
choices and are not included in binary packages.

It is a bit pointless for lintian to suggest maintainers to
convert them to UTF-8.
