Hello,

I tried to apply a theme with background image but the image is not
shown. The problem goes away when icewmbg is stopped and restarted in the
theme directory.

Looks like upstream fix for this issue is commit 479a1e1f ("Fixes for
locating background images in theme directory for issue #319.")

Please consider applying it to the version in Debian.
