gajim prints an error that /usr/lib/python3/dist-
packages/gajim/data/plugins/url_image_preview/preview.css is missing when it
loads the plugin.

Adding the following line to debian/install fixes the issue:

preview.css /usr/share/gajim/plugins/url_image_preview/
