Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading the panel from 4.14.4, and all the applets (this one
from 4.0.2 exactly), the displaying of the genmon plugin got broken.

This sidebar has 5 rows, and genmon occupies only one of it, instead of
expanding to the full width.
