Hello,
this is a debian testing installation on a MacBook Pro. dmidecode
identify the machine as MacBookPro7,1.
When the display is blanked, it does not wake up, it stays blak and
nothing can be done.
The machine is on, the keyboard lights dsplaies it is on, but nothing
is on the screen.
Even switching to console (control alt f1) does not wake it up.
The only possibile thing to do is to switch the Mac off.
This happens both when blanking with a screen saver, and when closing
the lid.
