whether anything was fixed.

still happens, in my case when GRUB had set resume=/dev/sda6 due to
other bug the bug appeared, removing that from kernel cmdline stopped
bug from triggering

I also had set

initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume:
RESUME=none

as I don't want resume in the first place
