golang-*-dev packages on every architecture has same content.
If you want tests on every architecture, it can be achieved by
autopkgtest-pkg-go and debci infra.

It seems you install binary in -dev package, please consider moving it
to a standalone package.
People want to use that tool, these Go source files are useless to them.
Also the binary name "pinyin" is too generic.
