Dear Maintainer,

the extracted policy source (from /usr/src/selinux-policy-src.tar.gz)
contains a dead link `modules.conf -> modules.conf.mls`.
Its probably caused by
https://salsa.debian.org/selinux-team/refpolicy/-/blob/debian/debian/rules#L164

The command "apt source refpolicy" doesn't get this.  How do you get it?
