Dear Maintainer,

When I run c-icap with clamav on Buster, I have this message from c-icap:
"Fatal error waiting for a child to exit .....".
If I comment out "Include clamav_mod.conf" in virus_scan.conf message don't
appear, but eicar not detecting.
