As explained in BTS #983697, the testsuite fails when the network is
disabled during build.

I've debugged the issue and pinged upstream about it, but I'm not
planning to fix the actual issue myself. It'll have to wait
for upstream to fix it for us :)

Meanwhile, I've disabled the failing tests in a patch.
