I have see that the project homepage do not respond anymore:
http://www.cskk.ezoshosting.com/cs/css/info2pod.html

I think that the homepage is now:
http://freshmeat.sourceforge.net/projects/info2man

I think that here there is a new version: 1.1.1
but it cannot be downloaded from sourceforge

I see that version is used by some GNU/Linux distro:
https://repology.org/project/info2man/versions
so he can be downloaded from here

or from here
