Dear maintainers,

could you please put Qt Designer as well as Qt Linguist in separate
packages qt5-designer and qt5-linguist resp. (similar to qt5-assistant and
qdoc-qt5) and then lower the dependencies to 'Recommends: qt5-assistant,
qt5-designer, qt5-linguist'. The hard dependency on qt5-assistant would be
moved to both new packages in turn.
Next to the linguist executable, package qt5-linguist should also include
its companions like lrelease, lupdate, etc., the corresponding man pages,
the phrase books, the Linguist pixmap icon and its application desktop
file. So its dependencies would then just look like this for instance:
