Hi.

Since FF87, the (regular Debian) add-ons seem to be yet again broken.

It's a bit difficult to reproduce, but most of the time, after starting
firefox the add-ons (like no-script, ublock) don't actually work, despite
their icons being drawn (unlike the recent bug).

This is then often accompanied by one WebExtension thread being at 100% CPU
(permanently).

What helps (sometimes) is to disable these add-ons and re-enable them (within
the same session).
Sometimes I have to do this several times throughout the life of the session.

I have no real idea how to debug this, other then it being yet another pretty
obvious addon related regression in FF87.
Any ideas would be welcomed.

Marking it as security, since security relevant addons like noscript,
https-everywhere (and even ublock is kinda security relevat) will silently
stop working.

Cheers,
Chris.

Hey.

I think these two are the same, thus merging. Probably #987704 is yet
another duplicate.

Cheers,
Chris.
