I also notice that it depends on purecss.  I can offer to package the
Sass-reimplementation of purecss which allow a wider more flexible use
while also shipping a pre-compiled set of CSS files for "dumb" use.

I noticed they closely track the original version.

Do you have an ITP, or want to take over the ITP for purecss (#856963)?
