  The latest version of pagure (5.13.2) needs pagure-messages, which needs
  fedora-messaging. My goal is to help package the new dependencies of pagure.

I am no longer interested in packaging fedora-messaging. If anyone is
interested in packaging it, there is a working version [1] that I made 2
years ago when I was trying to update pagure to the latest version.
