Dear Maintainer,

We have a system where we need to use allow-hotplug in
/etc/network/interfaces to automatically bring up a network interface
after the firmware has completed initialising. Unfortunately the
ifupdown2 package is missing the required udev rules file and helper
script to facilitate this.

As a workaround we have manually installed the following required files
from the ifupdown package:

/lib/udev/ifupdown-hotplug
/lib/udev/rules.d/80-ifupdown.rules

Please consider including these udev support files from the ifupdown
package in future releases of the ifupdown2 package.
