Hi,

the arch:all nextepc metapackage is not installable on 32-bit
architectures because it depends on the 64-bit only
nextepc-pcrf and nextepc-hss.

Please turn the metapackage into an arch:any package s.t. you can
restrict the architectures for the dependencies on these two packages.
With an arch:any metapackage you can also simplify all the
dependencies to
  Depends: nextepc-foo (= ${binary:Version})
