Hi,

the arch:all metapackages are no longer installable on 32-bit
architectures since the binaries are only built for 64-bit.
Please consider makeing the metapackages arch:any packages, too, and
build them only for the architectures where their dependencies are
available.

Hi,

I am afraid I am missing the point here: it does not hurt anyone if the
metapackages are not installable because their dependencies are not.

Additionally scilab-test is huge and it makes no sense to make it
Architecture: any and duplicate it for every arch.
