Dear Maintainer,

I discovered a little issue for motion.

When starting motion, it cannot be started due to the wrong permissions of /var/log/motion/.

This is just a problem with the ownership (the log is owned by root), as motion iss started by user "motion".

I set this bugreport to "important", because it will not start by default, however, it is easy to fix: Just set /var/log/motion/motion.log manually to owner motion:motion and it works agian.

Maybe you might want to change this little issue in the next version or package.
